Studio Policies

While M3 Studios is a creative space there are some rules and guidelines to be followed to ensure a pleasant shooting environment for yourself, your clients, and all other artists using the space.

**All studio policies are enforced and breach of rules will result in losing studio privileges for the day with no refund.**

  • Studio rental time starts and stops at time scheduled. This includes set up and clean up so please make sure this is accounted for as times are sometimes booked back to back and going over may result in running into someone else’s scheduled time. Doing so will result in additional charge for time gone over.

  • All studio furniture is on slides or wheels allowing it to be moved around, please make sure the space is left the same as when you arrived.

  • If you bring your own props or furniture please be careful to not slide across floors to prevent damage.

  • Please no attaching things to walls without being permitted prior.

  • There is not to be any paint, glitter, powder, or any other materials that could damage or stain walls, flooring, furniture.

  • Please do not wear outside shoes on the furniture or paper backdrops

  • There is not to be any fire, candles, or flames.

  • Pets are allowed for shooting purposes but not on the furniture. Pets expected to be cleaned up after and failure to do so will result in additional cleaning charge.

  • There is not to be any alcohol, smoking, drugs on premises at anytime.

  • There is not to be any adult production at anytime ( boudoir is okay).

  • All reschedule or cancellations are to be done at least 48 hours before scheduled shoot time and will be refunded. All cancellations done within 48 hours will be accepted without refund.
